An early-access research pilot. It is not a finished product, it is produced partly by hand, capacity is limited, and it may change or stop at any time. Nothing on these pages is a promise of a future product, a feature, or a price.

Only what the pilot description on the page says: a specific deliverable, within a stated turnaround, produced from the input you send. If we cannot produce it, we say so and refund you in full.

No outcome, result, score, performance improvement or commercial benefit is promised, guaranteed or implied. Where a pilot involves analysis or a plan, it is our considered judgement on the material you sent, not a guarantee about what happens next.

You keep ownership of everything you send. You confirm you have the right to send it, and that it does not contain anyone else's confidential information or anything you are not permitted to share. You grant us permission to use it only to produce your deliverable.

Do not send unlawful material, and do not attempt to interfere with the service or access another participant's data. We may decline or stop a pilot, with a full refund, if we judge the request unsuitable.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the pilot. We are not liable for decisions you take on the basis of a deliverable.

We may change these terms. The version in force when you paid is the version that applies to your pilot.
