Template - not yet reviewed

This document is a starting point written for the engine, not legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by a qualified adviser. It must be replaced or approved before this experiment takes a payment or runs paid traffic. Obligations differ by jurisdiction and by what the pilot actually does with the data.

What this covers

#

These pages are early-access research pilots. This notice describes what we collect when you visit one, what we do with it, and how to get it deleted.

02

What we collect without asking

#

A first-party identifier stored in a cookie, so we can tell one visit from another. It is a random value, it is not readable by scripts, and it is not shared with anyone.

Campaign parameters from the link you arrived on - which advert or search brought you here. We store the first one and the most recent one. We never put your email address, your answers or any file contents into a URL.

A record of which steps of the page you reached: that the page loaded, that you opened the example, that the price came into view, which plan you selected. This is a fixed list of named events; there is no free-form tracking.

03

What needs your permission

#

Analytics: Anonymous product analytics and session replay with input fields masked. Used to find where this page is unclear. Never used to build an advertising profile.

Advertising measurement: Lets the advertising platform that brought you here know whether the visit led to a request. Switching this off does not change what you see on this page.

Until you choose, neither is switched on. You can change your mind from the cookie settings link in the footer at any time, and withdrawing takes effect immediately for anything further. The current policy version is CONSENT-2026-08-15.

04

What you give us deliberately

#

Your answers to the qualification questions, and your email address. We use them to decide whether the pilot is a fit and to reply to you. We do not sell them, we do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not share them with an employer, an exam body, a club or anyone else.

Your answers are stored separately from the anonymous page-activity records above. The activity records carry only a coarse quality band, never the answers themselves.

05

Files you send us during a pilot

#

If a pilot involves sending us a file - a video, a photograph, a document - it is stored privately, used only to produce the deliverable you paid for, and deleted on request. It is never used in marketing without your explicit written permission, and it is never made public.

06

Payments

#

Payments are handled by a third-party processor. We never see or store your card details. We keep a record of the amount, the currency, the processor's reference and the date.

07

How long we keep things

#

Page-activity records are kept for as long as the experiment is being analysed and then removed. Answers and contact details are kept until the pilot decision is made, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

08

Getting your data or deleting it

#

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, or delete it. Use the delete-my-data link in the footer, or email the address shown there. We do not require an account to make the request.
