Refunds

If we do not deliver what the page said, you get all of your money back. You do not have to argue for it.

You are refunded in full if any of the following is true:

• we cannot produce the deliverable from the input you sent;
• we miss the stated turnaround and you no longer want it;
• we discontinue the pilot before delivering yours;
• you change your mind before we have started work.

Tell us what is wrong. If the deliverable does not match what the page described, you are refunded. If it matches the description but you disagree with its conclusions, that is not a refund case - a pilot that only gets paid for conclusions the buyer likes would be worthless as evidence, for you and for us.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor. We start it within two working days of agreeing; how long it takes to appear is up to your bank.

This policy is in addition to any rights you have by law, which it does not limit. Where local consumer law gives you a stronger right, that right applies.
