Pilot terms
On this page6 sections
Scope
#A pilot is one deliverable, produced from one input you send, described precisely on the page you bought it from. It is not a subscription, it does not renew, and it does not convert into one.
What is done by hand
#Most of it. Software may prepare candidate material, but a person reviews and writes what you receive. This is why capacity is limited and why turnaround is measured in hours rather than seconds.
Turnaround
#The turnaround stated on the page runs from when we have everything we need. If your input is unusable or incomplete we tell you before starting, and you can withdraw for a full refund at that point.
Revisions
#One round of clarification is included: if something in the deliverable is unclear, ask and we will explain or correct it. Substantially new work is a new pilot.
Your data during a pilot
#Your input is stored privately, used only to produce your deliverable, and deleted on request. It is never published, never used in marketing without your explicit written permission, and never shared with a third party other than infrastructure providers processing it on our behalf.
If we stop
#If we discontinue the pilot before delivering yours, you are refunded in full. We will tell you rather than letting it lapse quietly.
