What you can ask for
#A copy of everything we hold about you, or its deletion. You do not need an account, and you do not need to explain why.
How to ask
#Email us from the address you gave us, using one of the buttons at the top of this page or the address in the page footer, and say whether you want a copy or a deletion. If you cannot use that address, tell us and we will find another way to confirm it is you - we will not delete someone else's data on an unverified request.
What happens
#We acknowledge within a few working days and complete the request within one month. If it will take longer we tell you why before that month is up.
Deletion removes your answers, your contact details and any files you sent. We may keep payment records where tax or accounting rules require it, and anonymous page-activity counts that can no longer be connected to you.
Withdrawing consent instead
#If you only want to stop being measured, you do not need to email anyone: use the Cookie settings button at the bottom of the product page. It takes effect immediately.
