The proposed alarm does not pretend movement solves sleep. It tests whether a short physical handoff is more useful than one more tap.

Why it is different

Not another puzzle. A physical handoff.

A tap or riddle can end while you are still in bed. RepRise tests a short movement rule chosen the night before.

Before you decide

Safety first.A fallback stays available.

The movement must be appropriate for you, and the proposal includes an emergency dismissal path rather than trapping the alarm.

  • What if I am injured or feel unwell?

Use the explicit emergency dismissal. The proposal is not medical advice, and no one should perform a movement that is unsafe for them.

  • Will the alarm keep making noise during the reps?

The intended flow can reduce to a quieter persistent state after you start. The exact alarm behavior remains a pilot setting to validate.

  • Does it save video from my bedroom?

The intended pilot performs rep checks on device and does not retain exercise video. That privacy boundary must be verified before launch.

  • Will it guarantee I wake up on time?

No. This page tests demand for the movement-to-dismiss mechanism, not a guaranteed waking or punctuality outcome.
