Why it feels different

Do not just block. Make access tangible.

A dismissible timer adds friction. EarnToScroll makes the next action physical, finite, and chosen in advance.

The exchange

A warning is easy to dismiss. A chosen exchange is harder to ignore.

Before you decide

Your body.Your safety controls.

Choose movements that are appropriate for you, keep an emergency bypass, and never treat the app as medical guidance.

  • Does it block my whole phone?

No. The proposal applies only to the scrolling apps you choose to connect.

  • What if exercise is unsafe or impossible right now?

The pilot is designed around an explicit emergency bypass and user-chosen alternatives. It is not medical advice; stop if a movement is not appropriate for you.

  • Does the camera save video of me?

The intended pilot performs rep checks on device and does not retain exercise video. That boundary must be verified before any launch.

  • Will this make me fitter or stop me scrolling?

No outcome is guaranteed. This page tests whether people want the movement-for-access mechanism.
